Welding and Fabricating

QTM Incorporated offers a wide variety of welding and fabricating services. Our fully equipped welding department's capabilites range from small medical instruments and mold repairs, to large frame and structural weldments. Our welders are certified in various materials and processes. Materials include Aluminum, Titanium, and Copper; processes include TIG welding, MIG welding, and gas brazing. To complement our welding capabilities, we also have a fully equipped fabrication shop. In addition to our Omax waterjet, we offer CNC bending utilizing an Accurpress 175 ton, 12 ft. press brake, and various other metal fabricating machines. Click here for a complete facility list.

 

With the combination of waterjet cutting, CNC bending, and precision welding, QTM is able to offer quick turnaround on either prototype or production quantities of virtually any shape.
